Nothing makes me happier than waking up to the sun shining in and the sound of music. Music is in my blood and soul. A few years ago I conquered my fear of swimming in the ocean by scuba diving in the Mayan Riviera reef 50 feet underwater. It was so surreal and peaceful that any fear I ever had of it instantly dissapeared. I shot a rocket launcher in Cambodia while men with machine guns escorted us through the mountains, and for 6 bucks received hour long massages in Bangkok, Thailand. Hopefully my next trip will involve us relaxing in a gondola, floating down the canal between the Venice streets. I currently just came back from Europe, but never got the chance to visit Italy. So I'm planning to get back on a plane sooner then later! Cooking is one of my main passions, so if you're into cooking I'm sure we'll get along! I'm down for any sports, or outdoor activities too. About the one I'm looking for I love funny girls who can hold me spellbound with a story or make me laugh until I cry. I love seeing creativity and passion. Maybe it’s your love for cooking, your collection of shoes, or the fact that you moved across the country to try living in Vancouver it doesn’t matter. The right woman not only fascinates me but brings out the best in me. If you’re comfortable in your own skin, have a strong sense of self, I’m sure we’ll get along great. I will say if you love trying new things, enjoy traveling, or are pro in the kitchen, I’m already yours. Like what you see? Shoot me a message :D

About me. Pretty normal guy just looking for some dating and fun at first and see where things develop from there. I'm 36, blue eyes, a few extra pounds but not fat. I am a very cool and interesting person who's into all kinds of stuff. Music of all kinds, graphic design, art, photography, anything that doesn't suck. I love subversive kind of culture, anything that's not mainstream. I lived abroad in Japan for 7 years. Just moved to Halifax 2 months ago so I'm looking to see who's out there. What I'm currently listening to: Sh*t & Shine, Merzbow, Ralph Towner, uSSSy, Leonard Cohen, Rufus Wainwright, Boredoms, Black Sabbath, Bjork, John Zorn, Johnny Cash, Fushitsusha, Neil Young, Mookerdam, Napalm Death, Morton Feldman, Frank Zappa, Park Ji Yoon, Masada, Twilight, Bathory, Allan Holdsworth, Segei Kuryokhin, etc. I love music. Recent Movies: AVATAR, Duck You sucker, Science is Fiction: The films of Jean Painlevé, The Hangover, Rio Bravo, Spirit of the Beehive, 2012, Naked, Berlin Alexanderplatz, Ikiru, Nora Inu, Recent Books: Jimmy Corrigan: The Smartest Kid on Earth, Sh*tMy Dad Says, The Comics of Chris Ware, Growth of The Soil, The Count of Monte Cristo, Crime & Punishment, Fast Food Nation, The God Delusion, The Shock Doctrine, Collapse, Vice Magazine, Adbusters magazine, etc. I am open and have a wicked sense of humor. I consider myself very cultured and intelligent with good looks to boot. I am not Brad Pitt and I don't spend 20 hours at a gym every week and don't do yoga (although I should). I'm pretty rough around the edges. I am a white caucasian (if that matters) and love weird stuff, weird music, I would say i am a pretty eclectic out there person. If you're interested we'll meet somewhere & see how things click. I am very good at what I do and put much time and energy and detail into everything I do. My goal is to someday be a famous artist or musician. Money is not so important as recognition and getting noticed as someone who has made a mark in the world. Success? That's hard to define. It's different for everyone.
