My name is Will, I'm a Chef and a Sailor for the government of Canada. I have a great work/life balance, I live in a peaceful community along the water on an island called Cape Breton. I have a wonderful family and a Great Pyrenees named Willow, she's a gentle dog. I love to travel, I've cooked across Canada in my 20's, ran a kitchen in Austria and taught cooking in my 30's and started my current job 8 years ago.
