Good sense of humour although I can be a tad sarcastic. Loving, generous, funny, romantic, honest, tactile, understanding (I'd have made a good mediator), chilled (most of the time), good communicator, always think of and consider other peoples feelings as well as my own. Slaphead (mostly). Bit overweight since I gave up smoking. I'm now just a 4:20 friendly vaper ;). Seem to be wearing glasses more and more :(. Bit deaf. Arthritis plays up sometimes, especially in the damp and cold. Hmm hang about. I live in England so make that a lot of the time. Unconventional lifestyle, bit of an hippy / biker / eccentric type. Solvent. Own house, car, bike etc etc. Always got a camera to hand, love taking photos. Safety in numbers, the more you take the better chance there is some will come out ok. Like to take videos n stick them up on my you tube channel "Geoff Clarke". Generally to be found wearing jogging bottoms, jeans, t shirt, fleece etc. Can 'scrub up' if needed to, dunno about a tie though. Can be found on Face Book, my name there is Geoff Clarke. Avatar is a yellow Homer Simpson on a black background saying "Never to old to Rock". Come and say hello :). Fairly intelligent but not up to Mensa standards. Can hold my own in a conversation, usually. House trained / self sufficient. Ok with DIY but not so good with mechanical Car stuff. That's what my mechanic / the RAC are for :). Not into sports particularly, watching or playing. Def not a football fan. Will listen to most genres of music but predominantly into 'Classic and heavy / riff / blues / soft Rock, Motown, Reggae in fact most music genres. Give anything (ish) a try once. Fave bands.....Rush, Van Halen, Rhino Bucket, Great White, Chickenfoot, Tesla, Iron Maiden, Scorpions, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Trans Siberian Orchestra, Thin Lizzy, UFO, Larry Miller, Santana, Pink Floyd, Fleetwood Mac you get the drift ;). Likes.........Warm weather, the countryside, herb, traveling, pub meals, basic food, listening to music, going to gigs, reading, computers, technology, driving, photography, intelligent people (especially women), good manners, Dislikes.....Slow drivers and the Hunt getting in my way on the lanes, politicians, peas, idiots, wet n damp English weather, bad manners, big cities (ok in small doses, wouldn't want to live in one again), hot spicy food, tall people in front of me at gigs, delays at airports etc, Go to as many gigs as I can here and abroad. TV stuff I like.........Wildlife documentaries, American Dad, Father Ted, Futurama, My name is Earl, Ideal, Family Guy, Trailer Park Boys, News and current affairs. Not into soaps or sports. Like to travel as much as I can, mostly Europe. Have been to Benin West Africa, Canada, most of the European countries and went on the 'Hippy Trail' overland across Europe, the Middle East and eventually ended up in India when I was 17. Don't lead a 9-5 lifestyle being self employed and working mostly from home. Phew, that's enough for now :). Rush, from their 1993 album Counterparts "Cold Fire". https://youtu.be/ArOZSj6aiGw It was long after midnight When we got to unconditional love She said sure, my heart is boundless But don't push my limits too far I said if love was so transcendent I don't understand these boundaries She said just don't disappoint me You know how complex women are I'll be around If you don't let me down too far It was just before sunrise When we started on traditional roles She said sure I'll be your partner But don't make too many demands I said if love has these conditions I don't understand those songs you love She said this is not a love song This isn't fantasy-land I'll be around If you don't push me down too far Don't go too far The phosphorescent wave on a tropical sea Is a cold fire Don't cross the line The pattern of moonlight on the bedroom floor Is a cold fire Don't let me down The flame at the heart of a pawnbroker's diamond Is a cold fire Don't break the spell The look in your eyes as you head for the door Is a cold fire Love is blind if you are gentle Love can turn to a long, cold burn Songwriters: Neil Elwood Peart / Gary Lee Weinrib / Alex Zivojinovich

I am writing this not because You need to hear my voice, but because I need to vocalize the overwhelming sense of reverence I feel in my heart. In the quiet moments of my life, when the noise of the world fades away, I find myself in awe of Your presence. My respect for You isn’t just a formality or a Sunday obligation; it is the foundation upon which I try to build my manhood, my actions, and my legacy. I have learned that the highest form of respect I can offer is to humble my own ego and submit to Your will, even when I do not understand it. As a man, I am often told to take charge, to dominate, and to carve my own path. Yet, true strength, I have found, lies in trusting Your path over my own ambition. When I stop trying to grab the reins of my life and instead place them in Your hands, I show that I trust Your wisdom above my limited vision. I respect You by trying to walk in integrity, particularly when no one else is watching. I understand that You see the hidden corners of my heart—the unspoken thoughts, the private desires, and the secret struggles. To honor You is to strive for righteousness not for the applause of men, but because I am accountable to a higher standard of holiness. I respect You by choosing to turn away from evil and by trying to align my actions with the principles You have set forth, even when it is difficult or unpopular. I want to thank You for Your unwavering patience with me. I have strayed, I have stumbled, and I have acted out of selfish desires, yet You have remained constant. Your mercy and grace have been a comforting embrace, reminding me that I am never truly alone. This gratitude brings me to my knees—not in fear of judgment, but in awe of Your goodness.
