I dress neat, nice color combinations, not interested in brand names (I'm a guy).... I'm reasonably tall and still attractive for my age (full head of hair and great legs from playing soccer and tennis all my life)
I like all kinds of humor, from slapstick to dry sarcasm. Friends tell me I can be rather funny.
Movies, Reading and Writing Fiction, Hiking, Camping, Playing pool, Ice Skating, Skiing, Playing or listening to music
I've traveled across Asia and Europe. In the future I'd like to visit Australia and/or see more of Asia.
Here in Vancouver there are many immigrants so I consider it normal to date someone from a different culture. I love Japanese culture (language, food, art) and it's very familiar to us Vancouverites.
I think it depends also on my partner, since it's more fun if we can do something we both enjoy. Some ideas: a weekend in Hawaii or some other beautiful tropical island to relax in the sun, enjoy romantic sunsets and walks by the beach, or maybe a weekend in the mountains, some skiing or boarding in the daytime and an evening cuddled up by the fire watching the snow fall outside our window.
Easy going, not materialistic, always interested in learning new things in many fields (a jack of all trades)
I think in a relationship honesty is very important and partners should be able to talk freely about everything. I would also like someone who is not materialistic and cares more about feelings and a relationship than money or expensive stuff. Of course it's important to make money, but it's also important to enjoy our life. I'd also like to meet someone affectionate, who likes to hug, cuddle, and kiss, and to enjoy intimate moments. At the moment I live in Canada, but I'm considering moving to Japan. I could also host visitors to Canada.
