About the age of 32, I started a software and hardware computer business developing computer visualization, 3D animation software and “machine language control’ software on the worlds “Super Computers”; Silicon Graphics and Cray platforms. It was so much fun developing and working with others in a technology that was brand new! I have lectured at Georgia Tech School of Visual Computing and Savannah College of Art and Design. I also worked with a group at MIT and we developed the world’s first commercially viable digital camera. Then on to Nikon, Phase, and Hasselblad to consult on their first digital camera. I retired at 48 to focus on my personal studies, and to wander with my Hasselblad digital camera doing fine art landscape photography, and just exploring the land and the people living on it. I am passionate about photography and writing poems, being outdoors in Nature, ideally by the sea with the horizon sharing "Clouds" with my camera and I, and ideally with my beautiful, passionate, and kind lady. I love sailing everything from the Hobie Cats to blue water boats, saltwater and flats fishing, full classic cars, astronomy, astrophysics, science & technology, metaphysics, genetics, quantum physics, etc. I occasionally fly a sailplane, glider just for the fun of it. My photos and poems can be found on the two web sites I built and own to share my photography and published book of poems. I've spent from one month to several months in each of these countries: Britain, Norway, Germany, Holland, Switzerland, France, Italy, Monaco, Spain, Portugal, Japan (one of my favorites) New Zealand, Turkey, Mexico and a few countries that I'm trying to forget. Travel is now focused on USA and the east and west coast of Canada. Enjoy meditation and have experimented with many techniques, starting back when I was in my 20's when I used to spend hours in Sensory Deprivation Tanks meditating – most folks stress out at 20-30 minutes; I have no problem with solitude, but sincerely seek a life partner!
