I am grateful to have enjoyed a very full and expansive life. I’ve been extremely fortunate to have traveled extensively; blessed with having an extraordinary and wonderful daughter along with great friends who are sprinkled around the world. I grew up near the ocean, and therefore it is part of me. I am active and very fit in that I exercise every day and have for more than 35 years. I like hiking (both trail and city), casual bike riding, and sometimes just being outside enjoying the sun, clouds, wind, air, and sky. I also have a deep inward spiritual perspective, which has an outward expression through my daily meditation practice. I enjoy quiet time either by myself or with another and also make time to read (non-fiction). Other things I take pleasure in are: Watching films (Documentaries, foreign, independent, and Hollywood style), playing my guitar, conversing, seeing dance performances (ballet and modern), and connecting with people, learning more about my fellow human beings, and living my truth as mindfully and consciously as I can. I prefer one-on-one communication, and in this expression, I am expressive, open, funny, and can share interesting stories about my life. I like listening to and hearing others’ stories as well. I have a rather strong open presence, which dogs, small children, and babies are drawn towards, allowing me to “welcome” them here to this life.
